Booking will be confirmed by us following receipt of signed booking form and deposit from the client. This is a formal acceptance of the booking. 

The deposit is 350€ per week, non refundable to be received within 7 days of reserving your holiday; the balance to be received no less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If payment is not receive by the due date we reserve the right to cancel and you are liable for 50% of the total holiday cost.

The client is advised to get comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation cover, personal effects, medical cover and public liability since these are not covered by us.

A breakages deposit is to be paid at the time of the final payment, the cheque will be returned 7 days after your holiday ends, provided you and your party have left the property, lake, and grounds in the same condition when the holiday started. Necessary charges will be deducted and the balance along with any receipts will be returned. This does not limit the clients liability to the owner.

The clients shall report to the owner without any delay broken or missing items, defects or breakdowns at the start of their holiday. The client shall reimburse the owner for any damage/breakage of contents and equipment on the property including that caused by negligence by anyone in their party. If the client or any member of the party is found to be using particle baits, barbed hooks, sacking fish, or behaving in such a way that will cause harm or distress to the fish you will be asked to leave immediately.

The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival, you have no right of access before this time. Departure is by 10am on the following Saturday, you are not entitled to remain on the premises after this time.

The number of people to reside at the property is fixed at the time of booking; additions can only be made with the owners consent before the start of the holiday.

The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. The client also agrees not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to others. We reserve the right to make a charge from breakages deposit if we consider that the property was left in an unacceptable condition.

We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage by public services to the property in respect of any equipment or appliances in the property nor any loss, damage or injury, result of adverse weather or any other matter however caused.

Under no circumstances shall the owner’s liability exceed the amount paid for the rental, if in the event of your holiday we will refund all sums paid.
